We’re proud to share that Euroline has recently completed works at ECQ Outlet—the final stage of Eastern Creek Quarter, joining ECQ Shopping Centre (convenience and dining) and ECQ XL (large format and bulky goods).
With more than 100 outlet retailers under one roof (a first for Western Sydney), ECQ Outlet is positioned to serve a growing region—forecast to be accessible to over 1.3 million people across the next decade. The development also targets a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating.
Beyond retail, the centre will deliver EV super-charging facilities and a social sports and recreation-focused amphitheatre—helping create a destination that supports the community as well as the customer journey.
Our scope included the Centre’s reception/information desk, wall panelling, mailboxes, bathroom vanities, staff back-of-house joinery, planters, seating, and the feature skylight shrouds—elements designed to lift both functionality and finish across high-traffic public areas.
One standout delivery was the feature skylight shrouds, which help transform the retail environment from a closed-off, artificially lit space into an open, inviting atmosphere—enhancing the overall customer experience.
Weighing a staggering 1.5 Tonnes, each of these shrouds were prototyped and pre-fabricated at Euroline’s Auburn workshop before being carefully transported for installation. Our site team worked closely with Buildcorp’s project team to engineer the safest and most efficient methodology to lift and secure these mega shrouds in place for shoppers to enjoy.
