Over the past 20 years, Euroline has helped over 40 apprentices fulfill their potential through our Apprentice program. The four-year program provides a hybrid of both formal training and practical experience working alongside highly skilled craftsmen. The program aims to equip our apprentices with a broad skill set and the core skills required to have a successful career in joinery.
Euroline aims to attract and retain highly talented people in the industry developing them through early-entry talent streams. The apprentices receive direction and guidance from Euroline’s expert leadership team. This support is partnered with the tracking of specific learning outcomes and has led to long term career pathways into positions such as site supervisors, running their own sites and office-based roles including senior leadership roles within the business.
